The initial step involves engaging in a confidential discussion of your immigration matter with our immigration lawyer, entitling you to a complimentary 30-minute consultation. Upon thorough establishment of the primary details of your case and thorough deliberation regarding your intended objectives, we will furnish you with the Client Care letter, Terms of Engagement, and Instruction to Act for your review and signature. Subsequently, we will present you with our invoice reflecting the charges agreed upon mutually. Upon receipt of the signed documentation and payment of the agreed fee, we will commence work on your case.
